SEG/AAPG IMAGE’23 — in-booth presentation schedule

Next week we are exhibiting at SEG/AAPG IMAGE 2023 in Houston, TX. Visit our booth #607 to check what is new, chat with the teem or listen to in-booth presentations.

For the first time we will be presenting our new software tool for Automated Boulder Detection on 3D UHR marine seismic data for de-risking offshore find farm and other offshore infrastructure installations.

The presentation schedule is going to be the same for all three days of the show (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday):

  • 12:00 p.m. – Real-Time Seismic QC and Fast-Track Processing (Land and Sea)
  • 12:30 p.m – Processing of Marine HR/UHR Seismic: Designature, Marine Statics, Efficient Demultiple, 3D Processing and More.
  • 01:00 p.m. – Automated Boulder Detection Tool for De-Risking Offshore Wind Farm Installations

See you in Houston!

Automated Boulder Detection 150 150 RadExPro

Automated Boulder Detection

A new interactive tool for Automated Boulder Detection on 3D UHR marine seismic data is just officially released. Accurate and reliable boulder detection in subbottom sediments is critical for de-risking offshore wind farm installations. You can see some details of the new module on the dedicated page here. You may wish to check a demo video and a PDF presentation of the new module at the bottom of the page,

The new Bolder Detection module is not included into the standard RadExPro configurations but is distributed under a separate license. Please, feel free to contact us if you are interested in evaluating this new functionality.

Ocean Business 2023, Southampton, UK

On 18-20 April join us at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton, UK for the Ocean Business 2023 show – the global meeting place for ocean science and technology professionals. Visit our booth R11 to learn how your HR/UHR marine seismic data can benefit from the in-depth processing facilities of RadExPro software.

New Tutorial on Land Seismic QC Attributes 150 150 RadExPro

New Tutorial on Land Seismic QC Attributes

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to compute typical land seismic QC attributes (amplitude, frequency, signal-to-noise ratio). In the second part, interactive analysis of the attribute maps using Interactive QC module is described.

New Tutorial on Near-Surface Land Reflection Processing 150 150 RadExPro

New Tutorial on Near-Surface Land Reflection Processing

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how a novice user can process data of land near-surface seismic reflection (CDP) survey. As an example, we use a seismic reflection SH-wave profile. If your data is on P-waves, you can use the same processing graph, just skip the ‘Subtraction of “left” and “right” shots’ part of this tutorial. You can check the new tutorial here.
